Is there anyone in here that has a solution? My next move would be to completely reinstall the office programs and install them again. Also, mails are still being received and sent even though it asks for passwords.

So it is the mail accounts it asks for, and not the license to activate the program. If the user has more than 1 account, it keeps popping up for all accounts in Outlook. I've also tried to enter the password in Preferences -> Accounts, but still the same.

I've tried numerous solutions including removing entries from Keychain (Exchange, ADAL and Office) as explained in various support articles. No matter how many times you type it in, it keeps asking every half hour or so. I have a customer who, on all their macs, keep getting prompted for the password for their email accounts in Outlook. I have a problem that is driving me nuts and that I can't seem to solve.
